Sustainability is important in its own right but it also delivers better outcomes for future residents, who will enjoy an apartment that is more comfortable, efficient and healthy than the average Melbourne home.

Through benchmarking analysis, we compared a Ferrars & York apartment with a minimum compliance apartment and found a 40% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions and a 25% lower cooling load were likely and will be tested in a post occupancy study.
