The ultimate goal of this project was to provide quality urban housing at an affordable price by simplifying both the development process and the building itself.
6 Florence Street is the first Nightingale Model project and consists 20 apartments and two ground floor retail units. HIP V. HYPE worked to establish the development feasibility, advise on legal structure and accounting framework, construction contract negotiation and construction finance procurement.
We are also proud to have invested in this first Nightingale Model Project.
